Insanity Training 5 week workout at Zennon from Monday 2nd Jan to Saturday 4th February.
It is recommended to attend every class for optimal results.
The Insanity workout is an intense, hardcore exercise programme developed by the Beachbody team. It involves High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to burn fat fast.
HIIT involves short, powerful bursts of activity with minuscule rests in between. With Insanity, this usually comprises three minute drills interspersed with thirty second breaks. Insanity is not for the faint of heart or weakness of knee. You will find yourself engaging in high impact exercises that involve jumping, lunging and kicking, faster and harder each time.
Insanity doesn’t require athletic fitness but you need to have reasonable health and fitness to begin with. It’s not for anyone with serious heart conditions or existing joint problems.
If you’re serious about wanting to drop weight, tone up and strengthen your core, this may be just the workout for you. Just make sure you have adequate motivation and support in place before you begin!
We will provide the full recommended diet plan on 18th December so if you wist to follow this you can get organised beforehand.
If this is successful in the first month we plan to continue on with the full three month programme.
