About The Event

Day 1:

Afternoon:

  • 3:00 PM: Arrival and check-in at the winter Zennon retreat.
  • 4:00 PM: Welcome and orientation session.
  • 4:30 PM: Vinyasa Yoga session to unwind and prepare the body for relaxation.
  • 6:00 PM: Introduction to vegetarian cooking session, where participants learn about healthy winter recipes and cooking techniques.
  • 7:30 PM: Enjoy a delicious vegetarian dinner prepared by the participants.

Evening:

  • 8:30 PM: Guided meditation session to promote relaxation and inner calm.
  • Participants can also enjoy winter mock-tails and spiced tea to warm up and unwind.

Day 2:

Morning:

  • 7:30 AM: Morning meditation for grounding and centring.
  • 8:30 AM: Healthy vegetarian¬† buffet breakfast with a variety of nourishing options.
  • 9:30 AM: Vinyasa Yoga session to invigorate the body and cultivate inner warmth.
  • 11:00 AM: Essential Oils workshop, where participants learn about the benefits of essential oils and create their own blends for winter wellness.
  • 12:30 PM: Enjoy a flavourful vegetarian lunch prepared by the participants.

Afternoon:

  • 2:00 PM: Relaxation time by the heated pool or sauna, indulging in warmth and relaxation.
  • 3:30 PM: Thai massage session for deep relaxation and rejuvenation – additional fee
  • 5:00 PM: Guided meditation session to promote inner peace and mindfulness.
  • 6:30 PM: Wholesome vegetarian dinner served at the retreat center.

Evening:

  • 8:00 PM: Optional mindfulness workshop continuation or leisure time for personal relaxation and reflection.
  • Participants can also enjoy winter mock-tails and spiced tea as they unwind.

Day 3:

Morning:

  • 7:30 AM: Morning meditation for gratitude and self-reflection.
  • 8:30 AM: Hearty vegetarian buffet breakfast to fuel the day.
  • 9:30 AM: Vinyasa Yoga session to energise the body and uplift the spirit.
  • 11:00 AM: Interactive vegetarian cooking class, where participants prepare a nourishing lunch together.
  • 12:30 PM: Enjoy the delicious vegetarian lunch prepared by the participants.

Afternoon:

  • 2:00 PM: Optional seaweed bath or Thai massage session for relaxation and rejuvenation. – additional fee
  • 3:30 PM: Relaxation time by the pool, sauna, or cozy up with a book by the fireplace.
  • 4:30 PM: Closing meditation and reflection session, expressing gratitude for the winter retreat experience.
  • 5:00 PM: Farewell and check-out.
