About The Event

Enjoy a three day cooking, yoga and paddle board retreat at Zennon

Day 1:

Morning:

  • 3:00 PM: Arrival and check-in at Zennon retreat.
  • 3:15 AM: Welcome and orientation session.
  • 3:45 PM: Vinyasa Yoga session to awaken the body and focus the mind.
  • 5:30:PM: Introduction to vegetarian cooking session, where participants learn about healthy cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • 7:00 PM: Enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch prepared by the participants.

Evening:

  • 8:00 PM: Free time for relaxation or socialising with fellow retreat participants.
  • Participants can also opt for a Thai massage or seaweed barrel or bath session for an additional fee.

DAY 2:

Morning:

  • 7:00 AM: Morning meditation for grounding and clarity.
  • 8:00 AM: Healthy vegetarian buffet breakfast with a variety of options.
  • 9:30 AM: Vinyasa Yoga session to strengthen the body and enhance flexibility.
  • 11:00 AM: Interactive vegetarian cooking class, where participants prepare a nutritious lunch together.
  • 12:30 PM: Enjoy the delicious vegetarian lunch prepared by the participants.

Afternoon:

  • 2:00 PM: Relaxation time by the heated pool or sauna, indulging in warmth and relaxation.
  • 3:30 PM: Thai massage session for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
  • 5:00 PM: Guided meditation session to calm the mind and promote self-awareness.
  • 6:30 PM: Flavourful vegetarian dinner served at the retreat center.

Evening:

  • 8:00 PM: Optional group activity, such as a bonfire gathering or gentle evening walk.
  • Participants can also choose to enjoy a seaweed bath session for an additional fee.

Day 3:

Morning:

  • 7:30 AM: Morning meditation for mindfulness and gratitude.
  • 8:30 AM: Energising vegetarian buffet breakfast to fuel the day.
  • 9:30 AM: Vinyasa Yoga session to invigorate the body and focus the mind.
  • 11:00 AM: Final cooking session, where participants create a healthy lunch together.
  • 12:30 PM: Enjoy the delicious vegetarian lunch prepared by the participants.

Afternoon:

  • 2:00 PM: Paddle boarding session for those who wish to explore the water on the Dender
  • 4:00 PM: Relaxation time by the pool, sauna
  • 4:30 PM: Closing meditation and reflection session, expressing gratitude for the retreat experience.
  • 5:00 PM: Farewell and check-out.
