Friday
- 15:00 Arrival and check-in with a tour and a welcome juice
- 17:00 Meditation and yoga practice(90 mins)
- 19:00 Two-course dinner (vegan & vegetarian)
- 21:15 Group gathering (sharing circle) to grab a cup of tea or a glass of wine for a group discussion
- 22:30 Guests retire to their bedrooms for a restful sleep
Saturday
- 08:30 Yoga practice (one hour)
- 09:45 Breakfast
- 10:45 Free time to swim, rest, journal, read, or massage treatment
- 13:30 Nutritious lunch
- 14:30 Meditation (60 minutes)
- 15:30 Free time to swim, rest, journal, read, or massage treatment
- 18:00 Yoga (60 minutes)
- 19:15 Two-course dinner (vegan & vegetarian)
- 22:00 Guests retire to their bedrooms for a restful sleep
Sunday
- 09:00 Gentle yoga practice and mantra chanting (one hour)
- 10:15 Breakfast (vegan & vegetarian)
- 11:30 Walk up the Muur (weather permitting), relax, swim, rest, journal, read, or massage treatment
- 12:45 Check out from the bedroom
- 13:00 Nutritious lunch (vegan & vegetarian)
- 14:15 Closing circle
- 15:15 End of retreat
